Location: Woodland Hills CA, Costa Mesa CA, Palo Alto CA, Walnut Creek CA
Hours: M – F Standard Working hours
Travel: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) 20% Travel with potential overnight as needed
Position Overview:
Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Long-Term Services and Supports LTSS/CalAIM provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.
How you will make an impact:
Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between providers, members, and the public
Ensures the LTSS/CalAIM provider network has the resources, tools, and supports necessary to deliver high-quality care to members
Represents the LTSS/CalAIM program and provider relations team in various external stakeholders
Responsible for budget accountability
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Provider contracting experience preferred
Previous management experience preferred
LTSS/CalAIM Provider experience preferred
Strong Public Speaking experience preferred
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $86,000 to $ 154,800
